We strongly believe that the best support is obtained through our dedicated Local Project Teams. They ensure optimal communication and site follow up through dedicated phone lines, email and/or fax within the local time zone:

•  Provide alert values to sites 
•  Provide clear study specific comments on lab reports
  (inclusion, exclusion, discontinuation comments, ...) 
•  Training at investigator meeting 
•  Data cleaning including follow up through data clarification forms 
•  Reminders to ship frozen samples in batch
